Location: Letchworth
Hours: 37.5 hours per week working Monday - Sunday 2:30pm-10pm

**Salary**: £24,375 (Based on £12.50 an hour)
Reporting to: Production Site Manager and Production Manager**

Osborne Appointments are recruiting for an exciting Permanent opportunity as a Late Shift Supervisor in a new team for a hands-on role in Letchworth.

Based at one of the newest Production departments to be formed andone of the fastest growing in the company, a new role is required tohead up a new later shift and grow the department further. The main purpose of the role is to oversee the smooth runningof the team on the late shift, assisting with any training required and ensuring that the machines are operational for the majority of the shift.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Transitioning from day shift to evening shift ensuring a clear handover of work has been received
- Leading the team and ensuring machines are kept running for the majority of the shift
- Making sure the high standards in regards to quality and accuracy are kept up
- Keeping track of work orders
- Recording any errors or faults with garments so the relevant action can be taken
- Performing regular machine and inventory inspections and reporting any issues
- Helping to ensure that the department is kept clean and tidy

**A successful applicant should have**:

- Enthusiasm for developing process and product knowledge
- High levels of concentration and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using IT and using/learning basic production software
- Experience would be an advantage but training would be given in all areas
