- Working alongside young people to coordinate and deliver outcome focused support tailored to individual and family needs
- Delivering a variety of interventions in partnership with statutory and third sector colleagues to promote children, young people, and family well-being
- Risk assessment and complex case management
- Providing detailed assessments and representation within multiagency meetings
- Developing and delivering evidence informed practice
- Coordinate and support sessional workers, volunteers associated with the project.
