Our growing client are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis in Farnborough.

Working within the Resource Management division, you will work closely with internal and external parties to ensure an accurate and controlled deployment of the company's products and services.

You will be responsible for understanding the needs of the department, field engineers and customers to ensure that accurate levels of stock are available at all times.

The Role:

- Accurate organisation and administration of all assets and inventory.
- Owning the 'goods in' process, ensuring that all items are correct as per delivery note/PO.
- Updating the centralised asset management system/order tracking database and storing electronic evidence of delivery note.
- Ensuring field service technicians have accurate asset and inventory within their company vehicles for the deployment of all products and services.
- Allocating the required inventory for each field engineer and maintaining an adequate stock of all warehouse items.
- Ensuring that all carrier SIMs are accounted for and allocated accurately, including the ordering process, management of in-flight connections and the cease of connections.
- Manage the shipping out and retrieval of internal assets/inventory and products.
- Manage the decommission process of all assets/inventory and products.
- Manual handling, from acceptance/collection of stock to the listing of assets in the warehouse and picking/packaging.
- Ensure all stock being deployed has been tested, mapped and asset tagged.
- Ensure all incoming stock is recorded on the system and any returning in off sites is tested, cleaned, and updated on relevant systems.

Skills Required:

- Previous experience of working with Stock or within a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Confident & Analytical.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Able to work under own initiative.
- Positive and professional approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills.

Our client are offering a salary of £23,000 plus an extensive benefits package which includes flexible working, 25 days a year holiday plus bank, Enhanced Company Pension Scheme, Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave, 5 Paid Charity Days, Health & DentalCare options.
