We are looking for an enthusiastic and lively Front of House staff in Weston Super Mare. We expect applicants to have brilliant customer service skills as well as bartending and waiting experience. You should be familiar with basic bar product knowledge and licensing laws.

You are expected to be able to work well as part of the team as well as be a self motivated worker, getting on with duties when quiet or when they need doing, eg, cleaning. We expect you to be able to follow all reasonable instruction from management quickly and effectively.

You should be proficient in all aspects of bartending and front of house work for example, how to greet customers both in person and on the phone, how to make cocktails and coffees and how to effectively manage the serving of multiple tables. If you are not experienced in all aspects, you should be willing to learn these new skills. As a team member, you might be expected to help out in other areas of the pub, such as helping the kitchen to wash up etc.

You should be able to deal with customer complaints quickly and professionally, with the ability to involve management if needed.

We are able to offer flexible working patterns weekly. Applicants should be able to reliably commute too and from work. We expect applicants to be able to work a mixture of weekday and evening shifts as well being able to work weekend daytimes or evenings.

We are looking for a loyal, hardworking and personable member of staff.
