Otium Woodfired Kitchen is looking for a highly motivated Front of House team member.

We are looking to add to our team of passionate, hardworking and customer-focused individuals who love going the extra mile to make sure our customers have an amazing experience every time they visit us and leave wanting to come back again and again.

**What we are looking for?**
- Team player who has excellent communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Can-do attitude with a heads up approach
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
- Excellent customer services skills
- Willing to work shifts over evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Set up and close down the Restaurant area as per our brand standards.
- Welcome and serve members and guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Take food & drink orders following correct steps of service, whilst maintaining the speed of service
- Know your menu and products Describe Dishes and upsell with knowledge and passion
- Confidently process orders through the Till System
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Confident in handling cash
- Excellent communication skills are able to take telephone bookings and communicate confidently to colleagues and customers.
- Cocktail Making & Hot Drink Experience (preferred not essential)
