We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Supervisor full of flair and great attitude to assist in leading the front of house team at The Plumicorn Restaurant at The Tawny Hotel. This is an incredible time to join, as we have plenty of projects in the pipeline and your ideas really count The site comprises a variety of rooms from Shepherd Huts to Boathouses.

This position of Restaurant Supervisor:

-  Salary at £11.50 per hour

**The opportunity to**:

- Make the beverage offerings a focal point of this prestigious location
- Menu development/ House cocktails
- Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager
- Assist with recruitment and development of your own team from day one

**Hours as our Restaurant Supervisor**:
This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours over 5 shifts per week working shifts across a 7 day operation. Applicants must be flexible to work a range of shifts.

**Who are you as Restaurant Supervisor?**
- 1 years minimum experience as a Supervisor in the Hospitality sector ideally.
- Some Sommelier knowledge preferred
- Experience in high quality destination food and bar outlets.
- A proven track record of:

- Running busy bars in high quality environments
- Creating great customer service
- Ordering and developing stock and produce
- Controlling Costs
- Growing revenue and profits
- Recruiting, developing, training a growing and happy and successful team
- Adhere and enforce all food hygiene & safety standards

**Salary**: £11.75 per hour
