Burton's newest restaurant is looking for a strong leader to supervise the day to day tasks that come with efficiently running a business. Isabel's is a chic restro-bar serving up a feel good atmosphere day and night and only the highest standards will suffice. As a senior team member you will play an important role in the Isabel's experience by making sure that our guests are having the time of their lives and receiving 5 star service.

As a supervisor you will lead by example and set the tone for the team. You will be a natural people person with a keen eye for detail and the desire to succeed. You will be responsible for making sure the restaurant runs smoothly and will assist the general manager in the day to day running of the establishment. You will also be expected to complete appropriate admin work and be commercially aware at all times, as well as contributing to all KPI's.

**Previous experience of a supervisory or managerial role in a similar background is essential.**

Your main duties will include but not be limited to
- Providing excellent and professional customer service.
- Being responsible for the restaurant when the GM is not present.
- Cash up and cash handling.
- Assisting with ordering and receiving of stock.
- Motivating and coaching the team.
- Conducting staff reviews
- Maintaining a clean and 5 star EHO ready environment
- Contributing to weekly managers meetings
- Rotas and labour control
- Setting and managing various measurable KPI's

**Must be available to work late nights and weekends.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
