Situated in the beautiful Churnet Valley, Staffordshire and well advanced in the build programme the prestigious 70 acre ‘Consall Gardens’ project is now seeking a charismatic and highly experienced person to join the team.

We are looking for a leader who is a team player and able to develop and train their team. You must have a passion to create great customer service and guest experience in this luxurious and prestigious ambiance.

**_NB There will also be a separate Exclusive Wedding Venue on site but this will not be part of your remit._**

This position of Restaurant Supervisor:

-  **Salary at £11.50 per hour**

- Make the beverage offerings a focal point of this prestigious location
- Menu development/ House cocktails
- Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager
- Assist with recruitment and development of your own team from day one

**Hours **as our Restaurant Supervisor**:
This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours over 5 shifts per week working shifts across a 7 day operation. Applicants must be flexible to work a range of shifts.

**Who are you as Restaurant Supervisor?**
- 1 years minimum experience as a Supervisor in the Hospitality sector ideally.
- Some Sommelier knowledge preferred
- Experience in high quality destination food and bar outlets.
- A proven track record of:

- Running busy bars in high quality environments
- Creating great customer service
- Ordering and developing stock and produce
- Controlling Costs
- Growing revenue and profits
- Recruiting, developing, training a growing and happy and successful team
- Adhere and enforce all food hygiene & safety standards
