Our business has been through substantial growth, and we have ambitious plans for the future. In support of this expansion, we are looking for a Recruiter to take the lead in the recruitment of Care Professionals with a focus on attraction, sourcing, and engagement.

**Job Description**:
The key elements of the role are to;

- You will be self-motivated, organised, resilient and have excellent communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office.
- Experience of recruitment marketing with knowledge of preparing and managing recruitment campaigns.
- Good understanding of legislation relating to recruitment including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing and Right to Work checks.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Team player who is self-motivated, results driven and resilient.

Additional Information

It is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday 9am-5pm but flexibility is required to meet the needs of the applicants and business.
- If you are passionate about finding and recruiting people who make a real difference to someone’s life and be a vital part of our team, we would love to hear from you.

If you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you.
