**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end of high-volume recruitment process across a fast-paced, chilled foods manufacturing environment.
- Developing strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers across the site to understand and meet their recruitment needs.
- Managing direct applicants, internal mobility, and relationships with external agency suppliers.
- Scheduling and attending interviews and interview/assessment days.
- Developing good relationships with local organisations, such as job centres and councils, and representing the business at job fairs and other events.

**About You**:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to develop strong relationships and provide advice and guidance on recruitment matters.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, able to produce recruitment and KPI reports and analyse data to improve performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
