We're looking for an outgoing, ambitious and driven person to join our growing team in Homestay Accommodation for EF on the Isle of Wight. Working within the accommodation team, you'll be working closely with our online and offline recruitment actions to assist us in reaching our weekly targets, as well as introducing prospective hosts to the homestay experience.
The right applicant should be taking the initiative and be able to work proactively with confidence in a fast-paced and flexible environment. You are natural salesperson with a passion for customer service and loves interacting with people both in person and on the phone. You'll thrive in a target-driven environment and never settle for the status quo.
Full training and onboarding will be provided as part of a structured induction schedule.
**About the role**
- Bringing in new leads and enquiries from interested customers
- Calling new and existing host families from our internal database
- Responding to host queries and advising on best solutions
- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing host families
