**What We're Looking For**:

- ** Experienced IT Recruiter**: Minimum of 1 year in IT
- **Local Market Knowledge**: Ideally, you're based in Newport or nearby in Cardiff/Bristol, and have connections in the local tech scene.
- ** Client and Market Expertise**: Understanding of tech recruitment, with a client network you're ready to leverage and expand.
