Arctic Express is a Temperature Controlled Logistics and Storage company based in Northampton, specialising in dedicated UK and European collections and deliveries, with a fully licensed onsite pharmaceutical storage facility. Due to the continual growth of the company, we are now looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Administrator to join our friendly dynamic organisation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Day to Day duties include the following:
**Office based role**:

- Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
- Responsible for maintaining and updating accordingly, all Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, registers and Logs, using MS Office software (word, excel, etc).
- Responsible for processing all document change requests.
- Responsible for creating reports and spreadsheets and additional documentation in line with the requirements of the companies Quality Management System (QMS).
- To assist with external audits and internal self-inspection auditing, to ensure compliance with the companies QMS, and held licenses and certifications.
- To assist, investigate, action and respond to any complaints, deviations, CAPA’s, change controls, risk assessments.
- Assist with training of company team members to ensure compliance with the companies QMS and all relevant SOP’s, this includes monitoring re-training and effectiveness and ensure all relevant training files and matrixes are up to date to reflect all training scheduled and completed.
- Responsible for Administration and Data evaluation tasks relating to the role and department.
- Supporting the Directors and other AEGL personnel with projects and other tasks when required.

**Experience Required**
- Proven experience of being highly competent in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience in a similar Quality and Compliance Administration role, would be an advantage
- Experience and understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) would be an advantage
- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally
- Good time management skills and self-motivated
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and deliver high quality and timely information
