Legal and Compliance Administrator

Northampton

Salary - DOE

As the Legal and Compliance Administrator, your role will be to partake and oversee the compliance performance and obligations, setting objectives, reviewing, and monitoring strategic targets and objectives and supporting the Finance Director on all UK and Ireland Legal & Compliance

Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for reviewing the consistency of execution versions of contracts
- Creating and amending legal templates, reports, correspondence presentations, spreadsheets
- Review of NDA’s and pretender documents and escalation as appropriate
- Coordinate and update compliance policies and assist with compliance awareness campaigns and training including but not limited to annual eLearning certification, modern slavery etc
- Management of legal files and other legal documentation in conjunction with Finance Manger UK & Ireland.
- Support to internal stakeholders including Branch Managers on compliance and legal matters
- Assisting and coordinating insurance case queries
- Audits on all elements of above
- GDPR compliance and Managing Risk Exposure
- Effective use of the compliance systems
- Timely and accurate compliance reporting both externally and internally.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Degree with a legal element
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of legal and compliance matters
- Customs and transportation/logistics knowledge would be an added bonus but not essential

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
