**Responsibilities**
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Initiate contact with prospects through telemarketing.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to lead generation processes.
- Communicate effectively with prospects, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a lead generation or telemarketing role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
- A genuine interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
