The marketing executive will report to the Group Marketing Manager and will be responsible for their own tasks as well as collaborative tasks and projects as required by the business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited by (within reason from time to time) the below:

- Taking responsibility for group social media channels including responding to messages, comments, reviews in a timely manner.
- Monitor and respond to any customer reviews across any digital channel in a timely manner.
- Posting content at an engagement level and at a campaign level through group social media channels.
- Generating copy for all areas of the marketing department and within reason other departments in the group and proofreading.
- Basic graphic design to assist with all areas of marketing within brand guidelines across the group.
- The setting up of and monitoring integrated social campaigns.
- The setting up of and monitoring of Google PPC campaigns where necessary.
- Generating data groups from the group database at a campaign level.
- Maintaining group websites where necessary.
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns taking a collaborative approach.
- Contributing to and attending where necessary brand events and product placements.
- Organise marketing events from inception to execution with the necessary communication with other departments.
- Assist in the creation of marketing plans utilising strategy set out by the strategic lead on the project.
- Conduct market research to support your work and work of the marketing department where necessary.
- Dealing with enquiries from internal and external sources as necessary but where the enquiry may cause conflict with the job role, these should be forwarded on to the Group Marketing Manager.
- Reporting KPI’s back to the Group Marketing Manager on a monthly basis.
- Take a disciplined approach to time keeping and deadlines.

**Salary**: £18,320.19-£20,000.00 per year
