Our client is a reputable and forward-thinking service provider within the construction industry who genuinely appreciates, recognises, and acknowledges the value that every person brings to the table.
Role:
As an experienced Marketing Executive, you will join their existing Marketing Team and play an integral role in generating outstanding customer-focused and engaging content for various marketing campaigns.
Within the position of Marketing Executive, you will also be expected to:

- Copywrite for the website material, social media, brochures, marketing campaigns, press releases etc. Content may include infographics, videos, statistics, factual information, case studies and other marketing material.
- Oversee and employ an effective marketing plan.
- Research, analyse and review marketing performance, data, trends, and competition etc. and effectively utilise the knowledge gained to your advantage.
- Create social media campaigns, and also monitor and manage social media activity - ensuring all activity required is actioned by relevant persons within the business.
- Carry out website maintenance.
- Compile weekly/monthly performance reports, track the financial gain from marketing activity and review and evaluate advertising, SEO, campaigns to make sure resources are being utilised to the best effect.
**Requirements**:
Confident in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office (additional experience of SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Mailchimp, InDesign, and WordPress would be desirable).
- Ability to adapt, work flexibly and manage change.
- An ability to edit and designs skills would be a bonus.
- Effective problem-solving skills and be able to remain calm and professional in demanding situations.
- Ability to multi-task.
- The ability to work quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, patience and be able to communicate effectively with a broad range of people.
- Have a good eye for creating pleasing and powerful visual content.
- Be able to work very effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritise, and pay excellent attention to detail.
