We are currently supporting a national social care provider who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team.

This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £29,000.

This is a remote position, so you will be working from home. However, occasional travel may be required as and when required.

You will work in a supportive HR team which consists of the HR Assistant, HR Advisors (regional) and the HR Manager.

Working hours will be 9am - 5:30pm, however there may be flex on this if required.

The purpose of this role is to provide a consultative and professional HR advisory service across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for managers on any HR queries.

**The Role**:

- First point of contact for managers and employees on HR issues
- Provide a fantastic HR service across the organisation
- Review and update policies and procedures
- Manage an ER caseload of up to 40 cases at any one time
- Coach and support managers at all levels
- Ensure the HR database is well maintained and compliant with information
- Attend HR meetings
- Produce relevant HR reports
- Undertake any HR projects

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar HR Advisor role
- Experience of managing ER cases from start to finish
- Ability to build strong working relationships with managers at all levels
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or the relevant experience
