**Howells are delighted to be recruting a HR Advisor for a leading social housing contractor.**

Responsible for the provision of HR Advisor support for people matters, supporting line managers to deliver improvements in culture, change management, compliance and cost control to drive improved engagement and financial results.

**What will you deliver?**:

- Ensure attendance management is monitored in detail, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery
- Advice on early-stage grievance / disciplinary action including attendance at hearings where appropriate
- Supporting line managers in all people processes to ensure best practice and employee engagement is enhanced
- Providing general HR assistance and acting as the link between the HR team and Employee Services in the SSC
- Support with the month end reporting process ensuring that data is collated, accurate and provided on time

**Who are we looking for?**
- Part qualified CIPD member would be an advantage
- Experience in an HRA role with FM awareness
- Track-record in HR generalist and change management roles
- Proven ability to work on own initiative and within a team
