As an Organisational Development Consultancy, Designed4Success supports clients in all aspects of leadership development, change, strategy and organisational design.

Our Consulting Team has a rich and diverse background including organisational psychologists, coaches, HR professionals and facilitators. We also have personal, hands-on experience of working at senior levels in business ourselves, as well as many years of experience supporting some of the largest and most ambitious organisations in the UK and overseas.

We’re now looking to enhance this team further through the appointment of a Principal Consultant, to support client growth through business development and oversee the smooth running of the complex account, whilst nurturing and managing talent within the team.

To be successful in this role as the Principal Consultant you will be:

- Experienced in working as a Principal/Senior level consultant, with a background in HR/development and consulting environments
- Used to writing proposals and leading on business development
- Qualified in Psychology and ILM Level 7 or equivalent in Coaching (not essential)
- Familiar with digital and blended learning (not essential)

You will also have experience of a number of organisational development areas and be specialist in one or two - ideally in Leadership Development, Organisational Change and Culture/Behaviours.

Based within easy reach of Edinburgh location, working regularly from the office to support the team face-to-face as needed and used to the flexibility that a hybrid working also brings.

As Principal Consultant you’ll also be involved in:
Responsible for supporting with new business and development of client relationships
- Project manage all phases and be accountable for overall delivery
- Design and delivery of topics and/or general support on an account as appropriate
- Nurture and manage the talent within the team, as well as tackling some of the tougher business problems
- Participate in service proposition and thought leadership work
- Supporting in the development of key research programmes and transition to commercially viable products and services

We expect that this role will see 50% of your time liaising with clients and developing with team members. The remaining 50% will be split between business development, product/service development and client delivery.

**Salary Information**
- £110,000 - £130,000 OTE (Inc Base Salary + Bonus)

Office opening hours are 9-5pm, Monday to Friday - However, we encourage flexibly working (times/location) that both supports yours and our teams’ wellbeing.
