**JOB TITLE**: Account Co-ordinator
**LOCATION**: Hove - potential to travel internationally
**HOURS**:9am - 5pm Monday to Friday Office Based
**SALARY**:Up to £25k DOE + attractive commission structure

**About your day-to-day responsibilities**:
Source and select serviced apartments in multiple countries worldwide to help build the companies database of properties.
Network and build rapport with a variety of clients and customers.
Work to a clients brief and successfully match and identify serviced apartments.
Negotiate contracts and rates with serviced apartment owners.
Carry out in-depth research for multiple locations worldwide to understand the local infrastructure and accommodation options available for clients.
**About you**:
Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate confidently with a wide variety of people.
Someone who cares about the quality of work they are producing.
Have good IT skills (Excel, MS Office).
A background in property or recruitment would be beneficial to the role.
