At G&K Heating, we strive to offer our customers the best service and employees the best environment to grow, develop and enjoy their work, which is why we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to come in and assist our team.

Below you will see the main tasks and responsibilities of the position. Experience in these areas will be helpful, but we will provide support and training in any areas which are not familiar to you.

**Main areas you will support your line manager in**:

- Responding to client and staff correspondents
- Booking in jobs
- Diary management
- Customer satisfaction reviews

**Other support areas will include**:

- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to
- All Health and safety checks, ensuring the company is meeting all legal guidance’s and recording all information accurately
- Implementing, organising, and maintaining procedures, training material and office administrative systems
- Fleet management
- Supporting the accounts department
- Organises company events
- Invoicing and estimates
- Assists the team with outsourced functions, arranging repairs or assistance

**Skill’s and responsibilities you will have**:

- 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
- Understand and interpret customer and/or client needs and priorities
- Be willing to go the extra mile for customers
- Use good judgement when dealing with customers, clients, and co-workers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Positive Attitude
- Able to complete administrative tasks with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hove: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
