Business Change and Engagement Administrator

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic Business Change and Engagement department as Business Change Administrator.
The successful post holder will work as an administrative support to the Business Change and Engagement function.
You will demonstrate excellent organisation skills, build strong relationships with the Business Change and Engagement team, manage complex and sensitive information efficiently, and liaise and communicate with clinical and non-clinical staff throughout MSEFT.
Duties will include routine management of engagement schedules, management of documents, communications to end users and providing minutes of meetings.

Provide administrative support to Digital Services Business Change and Engagement Team to enable business readiness for the EPR programme.
Scheduling team members on engagement and survey visits
Recording minutes from meetings
Maintaining documentation from site surveys
Managing queries
Supporting governance meetings
Working closely with the team to ensure work is completed efficiently
