**Business Administrator Needed - City of London**

Arteak is looking for an established professional with a strong work history in the field of managing and administering personnel contracts and associated administration within our company as well as monitoring and coordinating their activities.

Main duties will include
- Assisting with the onboarding of new personnel
- The creation of employment contracts
- Ensuring all employee details are up to date and administered precisely
- Manage inquiries from employees
- Ensure employees are provided with the correct equipment and uniform
- Monitor and control employee expenses in line with company policy
- Maintaining employee time sheets and verifying data to be processed for payments
- Able to prioritise own workload and work within a team.
- General office duties
- Booking travel where needed
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages (Specifically Excel)
- Problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chelmsford, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 5 years (required)

- United Kingdom (required)
