**Overview**
Looking for the chance to get in to the Property Industry ?

We are currently recruiting a **Field consultant** to join our busy and award winning Lettings team at Lifestyle Property Services.

Previous experience in a similar role or within the property industry is **desirable** **but not essential**. You will need be enthusiastic, show attention to detail, offer excellent customer service skills and be looking for a challenging and rewarding role. This role will be varied and will suit those not looking to be chained to a desk - no day is ever the same You will be visiting properties usually within the local area using one of the provided fleet cars and conducting office based duties.

**Variety of duties will range from**:

- Checking tenants in or out
- Pre check-in assessments of property
- Property Inventories
- Property Inspections
- Property viewings.
- Marketing Photos & video tours
- Answer phones and take enquiries as well as booking in clients for property viewings.
- To complete all paperwork accurately according to company procedures.
- To communicate effectively and professionally with customers and be polite and courteous to tenants and landlords at all times.
