**The Opportunity**

**What is required?**

The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will demonstrate:

- Confidence
- Sales ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Commercial awareness
- Information gathering and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ideally business-to-business sales experience

- Basic starting salary of £20,000
- Excellent transparent & uncapped commission structure (1st year OTE £25,000- 40,000)
