**Package**: £20-22K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

**The Role**
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Researching your market and becoming an expert in your field
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating fees and salaries
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent to fill vacancies
- Building a personal brand in your chosen market
- Attending networking events
