A fast-paced and reputable University located in Central London. This would be a hybrid working model.

**Description**

The successful Senior HR Analyst will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing HR systems and MI reporting tools
- Ensuring continuous development of existing HR systems and processes
- Overseeing the administration of ResourceLink
- Analysing HR metrics
- Variety of HR project work.

**Profile**

The successful Senior HR Analyst must have:

- Previous experience in a complex HR role
- Advanced level of Microsoft excel (v look ups, pivot tables etc)
- Significant experience of using HR systems/databases and BI reporting tools.
