Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best possible service experience.
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Team Leader with a motor trade background. This is an important role supporting the Service Manager. In addition you will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, hitting and exceeding targets and up selling our full range of services.
**You will be responsible for**:
- booking in vehicles
- greeting customers
- informing them of progress
- organising works authorisation
- managing a small team of Technicians
- liaising with the workshop and other internal departments.
You are likely to be experienced in either a similar role aspiring to join the Group or in a Service Advisor / Workshop role looking for your first step into management.
