We are searching for a Team Leader to join our Kaspa's family in Lincoln You will work with the manager and the rest of the team to offer great food and customer service so you should be energetic, friendly, and reliable, and be able to work well as part of a team. As a supervisor, you must demonstrate the ability to cope under pressure and be able to multi-task with ease. You should be fully flexible (be able to work up until midnight), but most importantly, be able to work on weekends and during holidays. Full training will be provided.

As a supervisor, you will work alongside the managers to help develop a strong team, drive sales and provide great customer service.

You must be able to demonstrate that you are organised, reliable and able to assume responsibility for the business in the absence of the Manager. as well as have great communication skills. As a member of a Kaspa’s Management team, you will have an outgoing, fun personality, able to motivate and lead your team to be the best Dessert Restaurant in town.

This is a permanent position which involve working shifts over a 7-day operation and during evenings, so flexibility will be required

Team Leader/Supervisor responsibilities:
Daily management duties that include opening and closing of the business, cash handling and completing all required paperwork. Maintaining and implementing Health and Safety measures on shift and in the Manager’s absence. Training and coaching team to a high level to ensure consistent quality desserts and beverages are delivered to all Guests according to recipe and presentation standards. Being the face of the business and ensuring that every Guest has a superb service experience every time, Leading the team to drive sales whilst being cost aware and minimising waste. Being very hands on and supportive at all times. Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Excellent pay rates - Starts at £10.20 Full time hours 30-40 a week with regular overtime if wanted.
