We are currently looking for an experienced office administrator to join a family owned Food Ingredient Manufacturer in Keighley, West Yorkshire. This is due to the relocation of a member of staff.

Duties Include: Answering telephone calls. Dealing with customer enquiries. Taking customer orders. Generating invoices. Data entry using Sage Accounts. Book keeping. General office duties.

Requirements: Experience in the following would be an advantage
- Book Keeping. Sage Accounting. Microsoft Office.

Expected start date = Mid January 2025

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Keighley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
