**Job summary**:
To be accountable to the Waterfront Civil Structures Intelligent Customer (IC) Performance Manager for delivering organisational and administrative support to the management of non-nuclear waterfront assets on the Site, including but not limited to the Wharves, Jetties, Slipways, Cambers, Docks and Basins.
To coordinate information, communication, monitoring and control activities to the Waterfront IC function including, but not limited to:
Capture and safely store all budgetary and programme information relevant to the management of waterfront assets.
Maintain clear and effective records of relevant stakeholder communications.
Keep an accurate record of all waterfront activity which may impact directly or indirectly on availability of waterfront assets
Capture and safely store the baselined Waterfront short and long-term remediation programmes and record any controlled changes to these documents as these remediation programmes progress.
Format and store reports for relevant Navy Base Command meetings and wider site interface meetings such as the Project Working Group (PWG), Integrated Site Planning (ISP) and Site Operations meetings.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate to the delivery of the Waterfront IC function.
Ensure that the Risk, Opportunities, Assumptions, Action Trackers and LfE register are kept fully up-to-date with respect to Waterfront IC activities.
Maintain configuration management of all Waterfront IC records and documentation including reports, meeting meetings etc.
Support the coordination and monitoring of Asset Management Plan (AMP) activities with respect to non-nuclear waterfront civil structures including, but not limited to:
Maintenance planning including outages and shutdowns
Maintenance delivery activities
Survey, inspection and other engineering tasks undertaken by the Technical and Design Authorities
Asset criticality and demand analysis
Update and maintain the Waterfront Civil Structure Dashboard ensuring that the status of all assets and risk to loss these assets are accurately reflected
Scrutinise asset survey reports to ensure maintenance issues are enacted, highlighting any shortcomings to the Waterfront Civil Structures IC.
Support the generation and processing of work authorisation/ work instruction documentation (WIN Process) for any New Works in line with the Forward Work Schedule (FWS), utilising the Maritime Collaborative Working Environment (MCWE)/ COMPASS (in full)as required. Ensure that the FWS is updated to accurately reflect the status of all planned and in-progress Waterfront IC activities.
Liaise with the Major Projects Team to ensure that the requirements for the long-term remediation of waterfront assets are understood, to enable production of the Waterfront Remediation Project User Requirements and Approvals documentation by the MPP team.
This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
**Job description**:
**Secondary Purpose**
Support/deliver Naval Base “rounds” as directed by the Waterfront Civil Structures IC, ensuring that waterfront site activities are managed and delivered safely, effectively and coherently. This is an activity that will necessitate close engagement with other ICs and the Industry Partners.
Represent the Waterfront IC function on committees, sub-committees and working groups as directed by the line manager.
Capture and disseminate minutes and actions from working group meetings as appropriate
Provide timely and appropriate management information to asset management reporting systems. Contribute to, and assist in the capturing of, formal Learning from Experience (LFE) reviews.
Act as a Centre of Excellence in terms of Information Management, including document control in support of Waterfront IC activities.To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the Line Manager.

Essential:
- Hold, or working towards achieving, Level 2/3 qualification in Project Management
**Learning and Development**
Pre-joining Essential:
- Experience in engineering and project management.
Post Joining Essential:
- Development in Asset Management Delivery.
- Development in the role of an Intelligent Customer.
- Project Management training, if not already held.
- Contract Management training.
- Asset Management (AM) Certificate.
