Protocol are recruiting on behalf of an established College in West London for an Apprenticeships Liaison and Employer Support Officer. This role is full time, Monday to Friday, office based and offers £14.61 per hour.

This is initially on a 3 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible however the contract may be extended beyond the 3 months.

**Overall Responsibilities**
- Lead the sign up and induction process for apprentices within assigned areas across the group
- Ensure that all apprentices and employers receive a high quality service from initial contact, enrolment, and throughout the apprenticeship
- Maintain monthly contact with the apprentice, employer, and training team during the entirety of the apprenticeship

**Main Duties**
- To coordinate and oversee an effective sign up process once Business Development have confirmed a viable apprenticeship request
- To accurately complete all sign up paperwork in line with college policy and ESFA requirements
- To ensure that employers fulfil their requirements of the sign up process and refer any concerns relating to this back to the apprenticeship team
- To plan and attend pre-enrolment/induction sessions during intakes throughout the year and liaise with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and successful process is achieved
- To notify delivery staff when they are required to conduct skills scans/interviews and ensure that this takes place in a timely manner in order to provide an accurate price and duration in accordance with individual needs and ESFA requirements
- To liaise with the Business Development team before and after sign up has occurred, to inform them when the apprentice has been enrolled
- To liaise with the delivery teams on enrolment and induction schedules, ensuring that they are in attendance to these as required
- To utilise the electronic, sign up documentation for all sign ups
- To advise the EPA coordinator of appropriate registry requirements for EPA once enrolment has taken place
- To ensure employers are aware of their levy and non-levy responsibilities and have accessed their levy accounts prior to any enrolment taking place
- To liaise with the Business Development team where any issues arise so that this can be addressed by the employers’ business development account manager
- To work closely with the registry and exams team, ensuring they are kept abreast of demand and are able to deliver a timely and effective enrolment and exams service
- To check and ensure that all enrolment eligibility has been met and evidenced as part of the sign up process
- To provide routine and ad hoc reports as required on sign up and enrolment progress
- To call or meet with apprentices, employers, and the training team throughout the apprenticeship duration
- Complete progress reports for employers and raise any concerns
- Report internally of any concerns
- To deal with apprenticeship enquiries and ensure that the relevant department is notified, and follow up as appropriate
- To provide any other general administrative support as required or directed by the line manager, including supporting with other data processes during quieter enrolment periods
- To undertake other duties as assigned by the apprenticeship manager
