**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and human resources
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and increase revenue
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to provide outstanding customer service
- Oversee the maintenance of the hotel facilities and ensure they are well-maintained and in good working order
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Manage budgets and control expenses to maximize profitability
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review performance, address concerns, and implement improvements
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
