**Job Title: Temporary Customer Care Co-ordinator**

**Location: Ealing**

**Salary: £16ph**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm**

We are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our team at a top residential developer. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the property sector, and to develop your skills and experience within customer care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer complaints and queries, and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaising with internal departments and external contractors to resolve issues and queries
- Providing support to the customer care team
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Assisting with general administrative duties

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Positive attitude and proactive approach
- Previous experience in customer service and in the construction industry
- Knowledge of the property sector would be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
