Potensis Selections are currently working with a leading UK Residential Developer who are Looking to attract a customer service co-ordinator in London. With offices and developments across the London. They have won awards ranging from, mixed-use development of the year and best new place to live by London planning awards.

The business has built up a great reputation for delivering high quality developments across London. This has been coupled with a commitment to ensuring that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond. In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to their existing team.

Reporting to the head of customer service, you will be responsible for provide all levels of administrative and organisational support to the customer service function including Quality Control, Customer Relations, Customer Experience and Estate Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- The role will involve receiving and making calls to new homeowners, escalating queries, resolving issues and coordinating relevant internal parties and external contractors to ensure that corrective works are carried out in a timely fashion and to agreed quality levels.
- Maintain customer records and report issues to the design and commercial teams so that they can be avoided in future projects.
- Liaises with Customer Service Manager, customers, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure quality of products and efficiency of department.
- You will provide home demonstrations to newly purchased home owners, and be sensible and presentable.

**The successful customer service coordinator will have**:
Experience within a similar position, ideally working with a residential developer/social housing is essential.
