Overview:
We have a brilliant Property Manager opportunity for a customer-obsessed person, based at our office in Ealing. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, and have a clear career pathway provided to you on your first day.

- Basic salary range of £22000 to £31500 per year, dependent on experience
- Up to £5400 in capped commission_ _(in addition to basic salary)_
- A further £2725 uncapped commission target _(in addition to basic salary)_
- Minimum on-target earnings of £30125+ per year
- Company Car
- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day in lieu in exchange)

**What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in** **Ealing**
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
**The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in** **Ealing**
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
