- **Job Type**:_ Full-Time | 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract with view to extend.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Content Creation & Management**:

- Ideate, create, and manage engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice and overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on trending topics, viral challenges, and cultural moments that can be leveraged for social media engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments (design, production, etc.) to develop unique short-form campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and maintain posting schedules across various platforms.

**Editing & Production**:

- Edit short-form videos using video editing tools.
- Ensure high-quality, visually appealing content that captures attention within seconds.

**Trend Analysis & Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a strategy for all Social Media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor industry trends and platform updates to adjust content strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide insights on what content is performing best and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Community Engagement**:

- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering conversations to increase engagement.
- Monitor community feedback and report back key insights to improve social media strategy.
- **Core Requirements**:_
- Sheffield based.
- Proven experience managing Social Media accounts.
- In-depth understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts algorithms, features, and content creation tools.
- Strong creative ideation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content.
- Experience working with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for content optimisation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organisation, communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- **Desirable**:_
- Knowledge of paid promotion and advertising strategies.
- Experience with influencer collaboration and partnerships.
