We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our high-energy Brand Activation team. You’ll be at the heart of shaping our brand’s identity, crafting compelling and original content that resonates with our student audience, and driving awareness for UniHomes as the ultimate platform.

Your role will involve developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our broader marketing goals. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging competitions, promotions, and weekly features while maintaining a strong brand presence across all social channels. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our Ambassador Program Executive to amplify our message through authentic student voices.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a cohesive aesthetic grid across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X, incorporating fresh themes and timely content to maximize engagement.
- Contribute innovative ideas to the overall marketing strategy, effectively communicating and presenting recommendations.
- Leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities and refine social media performance.
- Stay ahead of trends within the student demographic to create relevant and compelling content.
- Oversee the production, growth, and optimisation of all social media channels, providing monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance the website's blog section, aligning content with key business objectives and promoting relevant articles strategically.
- Proactively manage and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Google.
- Expand brand visibility through active networking at student-focused events in key regional cities.

**Skills and experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of building and engaging online communities through creative content.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to implementing feedback.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a marketing team.
- In-depth understanding of the student market and its unique dynamics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools (e.g., Canva).
