Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, along with the ability to analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Analyse social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media management.
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance for internal stakeholders.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of public relations principles and practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
