Role Purpose

To support the Senior Implementation Manager in scoping and delivering change programmes within Greene King. This includes engagement, training and the coaching of our teams to embed change and deliver business benefits.
To lead, manage and coach a team of Implementation Managers a core team of 6 - 8, with variable teams of 12 - 14 to ensure effective delivery of project aims, objectives and deliverables.
This role is a support management role aimed at providing OM's & BDMS and their teams with guidance, coaching and on-going support during transition onto the new operational systems, business processes or ways of working.
The role is also responsible in helping identify and managing risks and compliance issues during implementation that would put the business benefits at risk.
The role holder will support the Senior Implementation Manager and the Strategy and Implementation Director engage operational and business teams and support cultural change over a period of time.

Key Accountabilities
- To lead a team of Implementation Managers
- Organisation of team meetings
- Overall responsibility for team resource scheduling to include holiday and sickness management
- Coordination of project activity for their team and feedback of progress/issue reports
- Conduct reviews with team members and complete PDRs as required
- To organise and deliver engagement sessions to BDM and GM population with the communications team and key stakeholders
- Support business cascades such as ops and area meetings, huddles and team meetings.
- Support during off-site training with training provider or training team if applicable
- Support our teams in pub, completing readiness checks, pre
- launch visits and provision of coaching to all pub teams to ensure familiarity with systems, business process and associated activity as necessary.
- Site Training for all management teams and team players
- Ongoing support and monitoring of teams providing mentoring and guidance as needed to support business benefits.
- Ensuring compliance objectives are met with and risks managed appropriately & recorded
- Keep the senior implementations manager updated with implementation progress.
- Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliver is achieved on time.
- Support in realisation and logging of project benefits and reporting appropriately to the project team.
- Support in ad hoc additional projects as requested by the Senior Implementation Manager.
