As a Pharmacy Operations Team Leader you will work within our Clinical Fulfilment team providing critical support to our patients ensuring they have the correct medication. The delivery of this will be through your team in Transcription made up of trainee, and qualified dispensers (Office based).

Due to the pace of our patient base growing and interaction with world class medication you will use your clinical expertise to support and lead the team to deliver a service of excellence to our patients.

As a Pharmacy Operations Team Leader you will implement departmental plans to meet objectives and goals. Using your previous experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge that can support in the growth ensuring KPI’s are met by all the team and developing where needed.
