**The Role**:

**Your skills and expertise**:

- Ensure a high-quality delivery of services, customer relations and contact with guests
- Advise on new methods/approaches to the Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and Function Room services
- Continuously monitor staffing levels and supervise rotas to ensure adequate coverage tailored to the business requirements. Ensuring satisfactory timekeeping and attendance among staff members
- Conduct monthly team meetings to discuss various aspects of operations including; objectives, sales targets, standards, maintenance, safety protocols, team motivation, as well as the opportunity for feedback and alignment of goals.
- Demonstrate effective leadership skills and a commitment to human resource management by fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. Encourage staff development opportunities in line with the company's equal opportunities policy.
- Implement and enforce security and safety measures in cafes, bars, and function rooms to ensure the well-being of guests and staff members. Regularly assess risks and update protocols as needed.
