We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic Operations assistant to join our expanding Operations Team based in Wokingham.

**Responsibilities and duties**:
Assist with formulation, manufacturing and production of all product lines to optimise output, eliminate waste and re-work and minimise costs.

Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

Following operational procedures complete all work and records as detailed in daily production schedules to target timescales.

Complete administrative tasks as required.

Maintain high levels of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) throughout the range of company products.

Maintain operations records and documentation.

Ensure all operational equipment is properly maintained and kept in good working order.

Assure compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures and instructions.

Ensure all operation output is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

**Qualification and skills**:
Strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn.

Able to work well under pressure.

Can-do attitude.

At least one year's experience working in food manufacturing would be beneficial with any food accreditation you may have.

Secondary education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs including, Maths and English.

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
