QTD Ltd is a leader in timber solutions, responding to growing demand with high-quality products and service. We're seeking a Workshop Operative to join our team - no specialised timber experience is required, but a willingness to learn and a solid work ethic are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for those ready to develop skills in a rewarding industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage woodworking machinery (training provided if needed)
- Assist with receiving and organising deliveries in the workshop
- Organise paperwork for customer orders and support smooth workshop operations
- Contribute to yard and workshop maintenance to keep a safe and organised environment
- Monitor and manage stock levels to support team efficiency
- Eager to learn and develop skills in woodworking and timber machinery
- Basic carpentry or DIY skills are an advantage, but we provide on-the-job training
- Organised and dependable, with good time-keeping skills
- Basic computer skills for workshop administration
- Forklift licence (an advantage, but not essential)
- Holds a full driving licence (own car preferred)
- Strong team player with a proactive approach

Pay: £24,021.00-£27,147.00 per year
