The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Logistics Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support covering all aspects of the sales support process for our UK and International customers. You will be working as a team player within the department and interacting with various departments within the organisation. Also interacting with our inter-company sites located in Italy and South Africa.

**Duties**:

- Prepare customer quotations, process orders through the ERP system from order entry through to despatch paperwork, ensuring accurate entry into the system
- Preparing documentation for haulier/freight forwarder including delivery notes, dangerous goods notes, commercial invoices, picking lists and any other relevant documentation required in accordance with standard export and domestic procudures.
- Generate potential sales leads with proactive customer engagement ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Liaise with hauliers/freight forwarders to ensure all orders are completed to the highest efficiency and standard.
- Report and manage customer complaints on day of receipt.
- Maintain agreed proactive key customer contact to maximise order placement potential.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

**Skills**:

- Fluency in at least one European language, Italian or Portuguese as preference.
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment ideally within a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge and familiarity with transport documentation and logistic regulations and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
