We are looking for a passionate and well balanced all-round digital graphic and graphic motion designer to support the creative and artwork process across a wide variety of both digital and print-based channels. Not just highly creative, you MUST have immaculate attention to detail and be proficient in Adobe After Effects. At the same time, you must be well organised and able to jump between projects as necessary. As an exceptionally talented graphic and motion designer, you will bring experience, passion, and a fresh perspective to all briefs.

**Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer include**:

- Produce highly creative and accurate digital static graphics
- Produce relevant and engaging motion graphics
- Responsible for graphic design across all channels, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production and delivery.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team on all creative projects.
- Work on graphic development, following the company's brand identity standards and guidelines.
- Interpret project needs and develop concepts to suit specific guidelines while working within budget constraints. Provide accurate time and cost estimates for each tactic.
- Present design work at various stages to stakeholders for review and final approval.

**Requirements of Graphic Designer**:

- Excellent MAC/PC skills with a high proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite - Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, inDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, PremierPro
- Degree level in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
- Experience in motion graphic design within Adobe After Effects including: animated gifs, explainer/promo videos, website mock-ups. More specifically motion elements such as moving typography, page transitions, cursor interactions, hover states and scrolling animations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced marketing environments
- Clear organisational and time management skills
- Remain up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and software.

**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full time, 7.30am - 4.30pm (3pm Friday Finish)
**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000
