**Graphic Designer - Dunham McCarthy Group & Venture Planner**

**Location**: Stafford (In-house with flexibility for remote work)

**Salary**: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling, high-quality designs for social media content and digital touchpoints such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and senior leadership to meet design needs.
- Work across both brands to produce graphics for various outputs, including digital marketing and occasional branding and web design.
- Embrace new technologies and be excited about working with AI-powered tools.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, experience in any additional platforms is valued.
- 2-3+ years of experience in design.
- A good level of understanding of design for digital marketing purposes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work and your personal style.
- Self-motivated with a creative mindset.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in animation, while not necessary, would be incredibly valuable.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time, in-house position (based in Stafford).
- Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, with no weekend work.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Graphic Design is preferred but not essential if you have a standout portfolio.
- Additional certifications or higher-level qualifications are valued.
