Harlequin Teamwear is an independent motorsport-focused apparel brand working with teams, drivers, race circuits, agencies, and sponsors. We specialise in high-quality custom teamwear and brand experiences - and we're looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our team. We are located in Stafford, close to the M6 motorway, junction 14 for easy travel access.

About the Role

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), ideal for a motivated designer with a passion for branding, apparel, and digital content. You'll work closely with our founders and clients to bring concepts to life across a wide variety of design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create custom motorsport teamwear designs, mood boards, and concept packs
  • Design custom sportswear (non-motorsport) and workwear ranges
  • Produce digital assets including social media graphics, ads, and visual content
  • Develop brand literature, brochures, catalogues, and presentation materials
  • Prepare artwork and files for production and print
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
  • Collaborate with the team to evolve Harlequin Teamwear's visual identity

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
  • Strong skills in programmes such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to brand guidelines
  • Experience designing apparel or merchandise (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects
  • Understanding of motorsport culture and aesthetics is a bonus

In return we offer:

  • Hours 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday - We can be flexible with these hours for the right candidate (between office opening hours of 9am to 5pm).
  • 23 Days Holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays and Christmas break (the company closes between Christmas and the new year)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £13,000 per year (TBA – based on 20 hour per week)
