We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's leading manufacturing companies who want to bring a Customer Care **Administrator** into their Rugby Head Office. This role is offered on a Temp to Perm basis.

But what would I be doing?
- Planning and Scheduling Appointments
- Communicating with Customers and Clients
- **Customer Service**:

- Logging and Updating Information on Internal Systems
- Using Excel
- Resolving queries
- General day to day **Administration**

What do I need to have?
- Good Organisational Skills with the Ability to Multi-Task
- Confident on a Computer including Excel
- Self Motivation
- Previous **Administration** and**Customer Service** experience
- Positive and friendly personality
